We are growing!

Almost 6 months after first opening our doors we have added some new staff members to our team.  We would like to warmly welcome Faye Hernandez and Lateshia Graves to the International Neurorehabilitation Institute!

Faye Hernandez is a Physical Therapy Technician who comes to us by way of her home country The Philippines.  You will see her working in the gym with our PT’s and OT as well as occasionally helping at the front desk and taking care of administrative duties.  Faye has already proven herself to be a strong team player, very bright and articulate, and a very knowledgeable employee in subjects ranging from physiology to computers.  Her goal is to attend physical therapy school here in Baltimore so we hope that she will continue to work with INI for many years to come.

Lateshia Graves is working as our billing and insurance specialist.  In a very brief time she has demonstrated her ability to assist our patients in that often confusing world of health insurance and jump in with all of our office needs.  She is often camped out in front of the computer in our back office but you will also see her at the front desk and she is a terrific resource for all of us.  Originally from New Jersey, she is now living here with her family (which is also growing!).  She is a wonderful mother to 3 girls and has one more on the way.  Congratulations!

We are also pleased to announce that we have begun our search to add a new Physical Therapist and a new Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to our team (part-time or full-time).  The ideal candidate will either have experience in Neurorehabilitation or be a recent graduate that we will train in our methodology.  A great personality, excellent interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn and grow with a 21st century company are all a must!  Please feel free to send a cover letter and resume to jobs@INIRehab.com if you, or someone you know, is interested in applying for a position.
